Our aim is to ensure that Protea Care Homes Ltd remains at the forefront of professionalism and best practice. We systematically monitor all aspects of our services. Outcomes are reviewed and evaluated at top management level and immediate action is taken to remedy shortcomings.

We are committed to an Inclusive Communication environment and regularly monitor customer satisfaction through the use of customer surveys.

Our policy and procedure manuals are user-friendly and updated regularly in consultation with those to whom they apply.
