Domiciliary Care Services

The flexibility of our domiciliary care means our team can provide personalised care and support in our service user's own home or while living in one of our residential care homes.  From a few hours a week to full-time care, we deliver the appropriate level of support for each individual.

Our experienced team of professionals offer tailored support plans for adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. Our support services are reviewed regularly to ensure each individual's needs are fully met.

We work in partnership with professional bodies to ensure our service users' individual care plans also include support with their psychological and emotional needs.

We put the individual at the centre of our care plans, assessing, planning, delivering and regularly reviewing the support provided to ensure their needs, wishes and aspirations are fulfilled.

Our range of domiciliary care options include:

• assistance with medical needs – including health monitoring and support with medication needs
• personal care - centred around the individual, we respect their choice, direction and control in the way our support is delivered
• independent living skills – including cooking and domestic tasks, finance and budgeting, risk management and personal safety
• assistance with maintaining family and social linksfacilitating participation in college or non-vocational courses, community-based activities or faith practices.
