Independent Health Care Provider A caring approach
Supported Living Services
Empowering independence and seeking positive outcomes through specialist care, we support adults with mental health concerns, autism and learning disabilities to live life to its full potential.
Protea Care Homes puts the individual at the centre of its care throughout its supported living services and residential care homes. We work closely with our service users and their families to respond optimally to their needs, promoting independence and fulfilment for the best quality of life.
Established in 1997, we are a specialist independent healthcare provider for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Our experience enables us to understand each service user’s needs, however complex, and develop an individualised support plan that enables them to achieve their maximum level of functioning in a safe and homely environment.
We strongly believe in taking a holistic, multi-agency and person-centred approach to support individuals with challenging behaviour and are committed to using the PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) framework to help service users achieve independence, learn new skills and improve their environment.
We are excited to announce that we will soon be offering Children’s Services to provide a range of services for children aged 12 – 18 from difficult backgrounds.
